Cookie Policy
Version 0.1-draft
This policy explains the cookies Sustys uses. We set only essential cookies until you choose to accept analytics.
Our approach
A cookie, or similar storage in your browser, is a small piece of data a site keeps on your device. We use the minimum needed to run the website and the application, and we set no analytics cookie and record no analytics until you choose to allow it. You can change your mind at any time.
Essential cookies
These are required for the service to work — they keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice, and carry an invitation or a checkout through to its next step. They cannot be switched off.
On the website, your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, and our hosting provider applies standard security protections and keeps the basic server logs needed to serve pages securely. None of this tracks you across sites.
Analytics cookies
We set no analytics cookie unless you accept it. Analytics run in the EU (PostHog EU) with session replay off.
If you accept, we use them to understand which pages are useful and where the experience breaks. Until you accept, no analytics event is recorded.
What we do not use
We use no advertising or marketing trackers and no ad-network pixels, no cross-site or third-party profiling cookies, and no session replay or keystroke capture, and we do not sell this data or share it for advertising.
Managing your choice
You can review or change your choice at any time: on the website through “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page, and in the application, once signed in, under Settings.
